Medloaner at LiONS LAIR 2024

The Medloaner executive team had the pleasure of attending this year’s LiONS LAIR 2024, hosted by Innovation Factory, where we connected with innovators and entrepreneurs in the life sciences and health sciences sectors.

Throughout the event, we engaged with industry leaders from top institutions such as McMaster University, Mohawk College, and Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation. These interactions have strengthened our drive to push the boundaries of health sciences innovation.

One of the highlights was the announcement by The Honorable Filomena Tassi regarding the continuation of the SOPHIE program. Delivered by Innovation Factory in partnership with Synapse Life Science Consortium and backed by a $5.2 million investment, this program will support up to 75 health sciences SMEs in Southern Ontario as they commercialize their cutting-edge products.

Hamilton is truly becoming a thriving life sciences hub, and we are proud to be part of this vibrant community. The collaborative energy at LiONS LAIR 2024 was inspiring, and we are excited to leverage these new connections to propel Medloaner to new heights.
